This Dunkin’ never fails to brighten my day! The employees are always so kind, attentive, and genuinely make you feel cared for—it’s clear their warmth comes straight from their manager. She’s incredible: hardworking, uplifting, and truly takes pride in everything she does. You can feel the love and dedication in every visit. I honestly can’t imagine anyone having a negative word about the manager or staff—it just doesn’t reflect the wonderful experiences I’ve had here.

I went yesterday to pick up coffee and tea and the service was horrible. First, the person that greeted me at the counter (a manager) was not friendly or welcoming. Did not get a thank you and have a nice day! There were two people in front of me complaining and waiting for someone to acknowledge them so that they could get their order CORRECTED. I was warned not to use this DD and now I know why. I'd rather drove an hour away to another DD than to use this one again.
